Website terms and conditions of use
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the website squareplus.lu (hereinafter “the Site”), published by SQUARE PLUS S.A. Any use of the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
2. Access to the Site
The Site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. SQUARE PLUS reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt access to the Site, in whole or in part, without notice, in particular for maintenance reasons.
3. Property listings
The listings published on the Site are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual offer. Prices, areas, descriptions, plans and visuals (including computer-generated images and 3D perspectives of new-build projects) are provided subject to errors, omissions or changes, and have no contractual value. Only the contractual documents signed between the parties shall be binding. Agency fees, where payable, are specified when contact is made.
4. Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (texts, photographs, visuals, logos, structure, listings database) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of SQUARE PLUS or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
5. Agent area
The agent area is reserved for SQUARE PLUS staff. Login credentials are personal and confidential; their user is responsible for any activity carried out with their account. SQUARE PLUS may suspend or delete an account at any time.
6. Liability
SQUARE PLUS endeavours to ensure that the information published is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee this. SQUARE PLUS cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site, the inability to access it, or the use of information contained therein. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; SQUARE PLUS has no control over their content.
7. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data collected via the Site is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
